Television: The
British SS600 Championship will feature in the Sky Sports "Motors"
and Eurosport Television coverage. Petes comeback was featured
on Carlton TV news, as well as regularly featured in the BBC
Grandstand coverage in 1998.
Press: The press
have taken a huge interest in Petes fight back from illness,
and subsequent success. Features have appeared in The Daily Telegraph,
The Express, Loaded, Top Gear Magazine, Woman, Motor Cycle News,
Total Sport, Motor Cycle News, and the rest of the motorcycle
press. There has also been radio coverage on LBC, and additional
coverage when Petes was voted a finalist in the London
Electricity "Londoner of the Year" awards.
Adding
Value: The team
is pleased to generate extra coverage through the media, PR,
promotions, public appearances and exhibitions, as required by
sponsors and clients. This area is essential to maximising the
impact of a commercial sponsorship, and our track record here
is second to none.
Sponsors: We would
like to thank our great band of sponsors for their continued
support, and hope to reward them with a comeback to be proud
of. We believe they go racing with us because were one
of the few private teams capable of beating the big factory set-ups
in the UK, and for our commitment to ever better results. We
also offer a friendly and professional approach, good publicity,
and enjoyable promotional and race days. Our client list includes
current sponsors plus: Radio Atlantic 252,
Cadbury Schweppes, I3FP, Torco Europe, Carlsberg Tetley, and
others.
The
team have already proven their ability to generate results and
good media coverage in excess of most other British racing teams,
and pound-for-pound we are unrivalled. For 1999 we aim to win
the SSE300 British Championship as a prelude to a competitive
entry in the Superbike series the year after, and to this end
we hope to continue cur successful partnership with Yamaha.
Sponsors Club: Motorcycle
racing sponsorship at the top level is almost exclusively the
preserve of big businesses, with cheque books to match. But thats
all changed with the launch of the "Pete Graves Sponsors
Club". This allows companies of any size to take a stake
in the Pete Graves Superbike Racing Team. For a small investment
which can be shared by enthusiastic individuals, or small and
medium sized companies, they can get all the advertising and
promotional benefits associated with superbike racing for a fraction
of the usual costs.
If
you enjoy Motorcycle Racing, and you like to experience the buzz
and excitement of backing a race winner, and beating the factory
teams, (Pete does this on an alarmingly regular basis!), just
wait until its your own team out there on the grid. Contact Pete
